摘要

Abstract

The whole plant of forage sweet sorghum was used as the raw material for the experiment.The control treatments included Lactobacillus plantarum(0.02‰),sucrose(2.0%),cellulase(0.05‰),urea(4%),calcium propionate(0.2%),and water(CK).Six different treatments were applied to the silage,each in triplicate.After 60 days of silage fermentation at room temperature,the nutritional composition,fermentation quality,and aerobic stability were assessed through sampling.The results showed that the sensory evaluation of all additive treatment groups was better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the additive treatment reduced the dry matter(DM),acid detergent fiber(ADF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC)content of the silage,and significantly increased the crude protein(CP)content.Compared with the control group,the additive treatment reduced the pH value and NH3-N content of the silage raw material,and increased the lactic acid(LA)content and aerobic stability(AS).The fuzzy membership function was employed to calculate the highest comprehensive evaluation value(D value)for silage treated with Lactobacillus plantarum,indicating the best silage quality,followed by the treatment with sucrose.
