Effect of Standardized Clustered Nursing on Urination and Urinary Retention in Urological Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized clustered nursing on urination and urinary retention in urological patients.Methods:A total of 74 patients who underwent urological surgery in Yunnan Province New Kunhua Hospital from April 2023 to November 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The study group implemented standardized clustered nursing mode,and the control group took routine nursing.The urination status,pain status and patient satisfaction after catheter extraction were compared between the two groups.Results:After catheter removal,the proportion of spontaneous urination in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of urine retention in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized clustered nursing in the nursing work of patients with urology surgery can improve the proportion of patients with spontaneous urination,reduce the occurrence of urinary retention,and contribute to the recovery of urinary system.Meanwhile,it can reduce the pain of patients and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
