地方政府土地出让对城市蔓延的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Local Government Land Transfer on Urban Sprawl
摘要
Abstract
The paper takes panel data of 280 cities at the prefecture level and above in China from 2011 to 2019 as the research sample,and adopts system GMM(Generalized Method of Moments)and Mediating Effect Model to systematically analyze the influence effect and mechanism of local government land transfer behavior on urban sprawl.The results show that:①Local government land transfer behavior significantly promotes urban sprawl.②The promotion effect is mainly affected by two transmission channels:the level of foreign investment and the level of residents'wages.③The impact of local government land transfer behavior on urban sprawl varies significantly depending on the location of the city and the type of population flow.④Increasing the proportion of industrial land transfer will promote urban sprawl,while increasing the proportion of commercial and residential land transfer has no obvious impact on urban sprawl;the degree of land market allocation and urban sprawl are inversely changing.Based on the research findings,the article makes policy recommendations to avoid urban sprawl,which are improving the way of industrial land transfer,optimizing the pattern of urban spatial development,improving spatial coordination and cooperation among regions,deepening the reform of the relevant institutional mechanism of local government land transfer,and deepening the reform of market-oriented allocation of land elements.关键词
