Effect of Standardized Nursing Model on Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Improvement of Patient Satisfaction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized nursing model on the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and their satisfaction.Methods:A total of 72 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing.The results of clinical comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate,complication rate and quality of life index were compared.Results:The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SF-36 index between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the results of SF-36 index in the observation group after nursing were better than those in the control group P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing model can improve the satisfaction rate of clinical comprehensive nursing of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,prevent complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
