血清PG Ⅰ、PGⅡ及IL-1β在急性咽炎患者中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and IL-1β in patients with acute pharyngitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),PG Ⅱ and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in patients with acute pharyngitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute pharyngitis admitted to Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and included in the experimental group.Another 82 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and IL-1β levels were detected in all the participants.Clinical data were reviewed to statistically analyze the treatment of the patients,and serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ,and IL-1β levels and other clinical data of patients with different therapeutic effects were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and IL-1β levels and the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis.A risk prediction model was constructed and a nomogram was plotted.Hosmer-Lemeshow test was used to evaluate the calibration degree of the model,and Bootstrap method was used for internal validation of the model.The predictive value of the nomogram model for the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis was analyzed using ROC curve.Results There was no statistical difference in serum PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels between the two groups(P>O.05),but IL-1β level was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the 82 patients,there were 71 cases(86.59%)in the effective group and 11 cases(13.41%)in the ineffective group.There was no statistical difference in serum PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels among patients with acute pharyngitis of different therapeutic effects(P>0.05),but there were statistical differences in IL-1β,drinking,time of using the voice,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and CD4+(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that IL-1β,drinking,and TNF-α were risk factors for the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis(P<0.05).A risk prediction model was constructed as follows:P=1/(1+e-Z),Z=14.193 ×X1+3.517 × X2+1.742 × X3-97.657.Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed x2=4.262,P=0.833.The nomogram function of the rms package in R language was used to establish the pattern for visualization processing and draw the nomogram.Bootstrap method was used for internal validation of the model,showing that the average absolute error was 0.011,indicating good calibration.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of the nomogram model for predicting the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis was 0.843(95%CI:0.745-0.914),and the sensitivity and specificity were 90.91%and 76.06%,respectively.Conclusion There are no specific changes in serum PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels in patients with acute pharyngitis compared with healthy individuals.However,serum IL-1β levels are elevated in patients with acute pharyngitis,and patients with acute pharyngitis of different therapeutic effects have different IL-1β levels.Moreover,there is a close correlation between IL-1β level and the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis,which is of great significance for evaluating the therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis.关键词
