海岛型城市绿色发展的综合测度与障碍因素分析
Comprehensive Measurement and Analysis of Obstacle Factors for the Green Development of Island-Type Cities

Abstract
Green development is the key to the high-quality development of island-type cities.The article systematically combs the conceptual framework of green development in island-type cities and clarifies the importance of the synergistic development of green economy,green society and green ecology in island-type cities.On this basis,an evaluation index system for green development of island-type cities is constructed,which includes 6 first-level indicators and 42 second-level indicators.Based on the available statistical data from 2008 to 2022,the green development index and obstacle factors of Zhoushan city are analysed.The results show:the green development index of Zhoushan city grows slowly,but thanks to the industrial structure adjustment and marine ecological governance,the green economic development and green ecological construction have been gradually promoted,and the overall green index has been improved;constrained by the discrete attributes of the island group and the limited administrative area of Zhoushan city,the construction of green infrastructure and the improvement of residents'green living standards are slow,contributing weakly to the improvement of the overall green development level of Zhoushan city;the coordination of human-land relationship is still the key problem facing the green development of island-type cities,and the relatively weak ecological governance of land and sea is the main obstacle factor restricting the green development of island-type cities.关键词
