Optimization Design of Bank Service Window Number Based on Variable Service Rate M/M/c/N Partial Repairable Queuing Model
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,an M/M/c/N queuing model with variable service rate is proposed to model the banking service system.The model takes into account the impatient behavior of customers and the unreliability of some servers.The steady-state equilibrium equation of the system is established by using Markov process theory,and solved by matrix geometry method.The steady-state performance characteristics of the system such as average queue length and total loss rate of customers are obtained.Based on the steady-state performance characteristics of the system,an optimization model aiming at the maximum benefit of the bank is established to determine the optimal window number of the bank,and the optimization model is illustrated by numerical examples.The research of this paper provides a theoretical reference for banks to improve service quality and optimize resource allocation.关键词
