Abstract
In the context of digital transformation,the work mode of research secretaries in higher agricultural universities is undergoing profound changes.As key executors in research management,the digital literacy of research secretaries is crucial for optimizing the daily management of research information,social services,research laboratories,research platforms,and for promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and improving project management efficiency.By optimizing training systems,activating digital awareness,and fostering a robust digital environment,the digital literacy of research secretaries in higher agricultural universities can be effectively enhanced,providing talent and capability support for the efficient and intelligent development of agricultural research management.关键词
