Research on the Internal Driving Factors of University Students'Ability to Improve Scientific Research and Innovation
摘要
Abstract
After defining the concept,this paper takes the students who have obtained the postgraduate qualification exemption of Xinjiang Agricultural University as the research object,and conducts the research on the basis of resume text data and semi-structured interview.According to the research,the five internal factors that improve graduate students'scientific research and innovation ability are learning ability and motivation,skills,creativity and innovative thinking,social ability and interpersonal relationship,and self-cognition.These internal factors interact with each other and jointly promote the growth and development of college students.关键词
