乡村振兴背景下职业教育人才培养供给侧改革现状分析及措施
Analysis of the Current Situation and Strategies for Supply-Side Reform in Vocational Education Talent Cultivation under the Rural Revitalization Context

Abstract
This paper focuses on the supply-side reform of vocational education talent training in the context of rural revitalization.It elaborates on the background and significance of the reform,emphasizes the crucial role of vocational education in rural revitalization,as well as the current problems such as the supply-demand contradiction.By analyzing the research status at home and abroad,it draws on experiences.Reform strategies are proposed,constructing an"one-body,two-wings,four-main-lines"framework.Starting from aspects such as improving the efficiency of teaching practice,accurately positioning training objectives,and strengthening the integration of industry and education,the aim is to cultivate high-quality talents meeting the needs of rural revitalization and promote the high-quality development of the agricultural industry.关键词
