面向低轨卫星通信的星载核心网部署方法
A Deployment Method for Onboard Core Networks in Low Earth Orbit Satellite Communications

Abstract
With the advent of the 6G era,deploying core networks on satellites has emerged as a critical development trend.However,the uniform coverage of low Earth orbit(LEO)satellite communication constellations conflicts with the non-uniform distribution of ground user service demands,leading to inefficient utilization of onboard resources.To address the non-uniform distribution characteristics of user service demands in LEO satellite coverage areas,this paper proposes an onboard core network deployment method and validates the effectiveness through simulations.By constructing a system model incorporating service demands,satellite resources,and core network distribution,an objective function is defined by comprehensively considering the service latency and the deployment density of distributed core networks.A dynamic deployment algorithm for onboard core networks based on service demands is further proposed to achieve on-demand deployment of the core network on satellites.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method ensures low service latency while improving onboard resource utilization,effectively resolving the deployment challenges under non-uniform service demand distributions.关键词
