摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically interprets the contents of the new version of GB/T 13021,Polyolefin pipes and fittings—Determination of carbon black content—Calcination and pyrolysis method, from six aspects:scope, test methods, instrument and equipment requirements, sample state adjustment, result calculation, and test report. The new version of the standard has been implemented on March 1,2024.In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes,it also changes the scope of application, instrument accuracy requirements, test methods, test steps, result calculation, and test reports in the standard. On the basis of the original thermogravimetric method(tubular electric furnace method),the box-type resistance furnace method, microwave muffle furnace method, and thermogravimetric analyzer method(TGA)have been added, and the instrument device, testing steps, and result calculation of the three new methods have been outlined. This paper compares the principles, advantages and disadvantages of commonly used methods for measuring carbon black content in laboratories, which has certain reference significance for the factory inspection of production enterprises and the product testing of inspection institutions. It aims to facilitate better understanding and use of this standard by stakeholders, and to promote its widespread application.关键词
