急性期支原体肺炎患儿HRCT影像特点及与肺通气、炎症参数和预后的相关性探究
Imaging characteristics of HRCT and their correlation with pulmonary ventilation,inflammatory parameters and prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in acute stage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the imaging characteristics of high-resolution CT(HRCT)and their correlation with pulmonary ventilation,inflammatory parameters and prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in acute stage.Methods:A retrospective collection was performed on the clinical data of 126 patients with acute MPP in the hospital between December 2020 and December 2023.All patients underwent HRCT examination,and the HRCT examination results of the children were statistically analyzed.According to severity of pulmonary consolidation,children with lobular consolidation,segmental consolidation and lobar consolidation were included in lobular group,segmental group,and lobar group.The relationship between HRCT signs and pulmonary ventilation,inflammatory parameters,and prognosis were analyzed.Results:In the 126 patients,HRCT showed that lesions were concentrated in lower right side,main manifestations were pulmonary consolidation,bronchial thickening and air bronchogram.The pulmonary ventilation index was the highest in lobular group,followed by segmental group and lobar group(P<0.05).The inflammatory parameters were the best in lobular group,followed by segmental group and lobar group(P<0.05).The total response rate was the highest in lobular group,followed by segmental group and lobar group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute MPP,lesions are concentrated in the lower right side,main manifestations include pulmonary consolidation,bronchial thickening and air bronchogram.The severity of pulmonary consolidation is related to pulmonary ventilation,inflammatory parameters and prognosis.关键词
