Abstract
In the context of China's strategy of promoting high-quality development and building national strength in quality,the deepening and improvement of quality management in enterprises is particularly important.Taking smart grid equipment companies as an example,this paper discusses how GB/T 19580-2012 can be implemented in enterprise operation,which can be deepened to realize the leap from"management of quality"to"quality of management".Combined with the practice of the smart grid equipment industry,this paper proposes a maturity evaluation model that integrates GB/T 19580-2012 with the enterprise business process.Through the construction and application of the comprehensive maturatiy evaluation mechanism of quality management system,the company has realized the continuous improvement and promotion of quality management.The practical results prove that the evaluation mechanism can effectively promote the comprehensive benchmarking management and pursuit of excellence,provide a new perspective and method for enterprise quality management,and provide reference for managers of other similar enterprises,which contributes to the application of excellence performance management model.关键词
