超声监测妊娠期宫颈多参数与早产的相关性研究
Correlation study between ultrasound monitoring of multiple cervical parameters during pregnancy and premature birth

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between ultrasound monitoring of multiple cervical parameters during pregnancy and premature birth.Methods:A total of 136 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The clinical data were collected and cervical multiparametric examina-tions were performed,and the occurrence of premature birth was evaluated.Results:Among 136 pregnant women,25 cases experienced premature birth,accounting for 18.38%,while 111 cases did not experience premature birth,accounting for 81.62%.There were no statistically significant differences in the gender,maternal age,gestational age at the time of examina-tion,maternal body mass index,pregnancy history,premature birth history,cervical surgery history and anemia between two groups of newborns(P>0.05).Compared with the non-preterm group,the preterm group had a higher proportion of premature rupture of membranes and placenta previa(P<0.05).Compared with the non-preterm group,the preterm group had higher levels of uterocervical angle(UCA),elasticity contrast index(ECI),internal cervical os(IOS),external cervical os(EOS)and IOS/EOS(P<0.05),while lower levels of cervical length(CL)and ROI hardness ratio(HR)(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that premature rupture of membranes,placenta previa,CL,UCA,ECI,HR,IOS,EOS and IOS/EOS were the main factors affecting premature birth(P<0.05).CL and HR were negatively correlated with preterm birth,while UCA,ECI,IOS,EOS and IOS/EOS were positively correlated with preterm birth(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the sensitivity and accu-racy of CL,UCA,ECI,HR,IOS,EOS and the IOS/EOS combined detection in predicting preterm birth were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:CL,UCA,ECI,HR,IOS,EOS and IOS/EOS are the main factors affecting pre-mature birth,and all of these parameters are correlated with premature birth.The combined detection has high value in pre-dicting premature birth.关键词
