摘要
Abstract
To standardize the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of obesity in China,the National Health Commission has issued the"National Clinical Practice Guideline on Obesity Management(2024 Edition)".The guidelines detail various intervention and treatment methods for obesity,with the surgical section elaborating on the classification of bariatric and metabolic surgeries,indications,contraindications,preoperative preparation,recommended surgical procedures,discharge criteria,principles of postoperative nutritional management,postoperative follow-up,and prevention of postoperative complications.The guideline aims to direct medical institutions in the standardized implementation of surgical treatments for obesity.关键词
