腹腔镜腹腔内补片修补术治疗复发性切口疝临床疗效分析
Clinnical analysis of the efficacy of laparoscopic intraperitoneal mesh onlay repair for recurrent incisional hernia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of laparoscopic intraperitoneal onlay mesh(IPOM)repair in the treatment of recurrent incisional hernias.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted based on the clinical data of 110 patients who underwent laparoscopic IPOM repair for incisional hernias at Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University between January 2022 and December 2024.They were divided into the recurrent group(n=24)and the primary group(n=86),according to the preoperative diagnosis.The primary outcome was postoperative hernia recurrence rate,while secondary outcomes included operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,duration of drainage,and incision-related complications.Results The average follow-up time for all patients included in the study was(17.4±9.6)months.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of general patient data,defect partition,defect grade ratio,American Society of Anesthesiologists score classification ratio,recurrence rate of hernia,incision-related complications,hospital stay,and the number of days with drainage tubes in place(P>0.05).The recurrent group exhibited significantly longer operative time[(158.8±60.2)min vs.(132.2±47.7)min,P=0.024]and greater intraoperative blood loss[(51.2±33.1)mL vs.(34.7±28.6)mL,P=0.018]compared to the primary group.Conclusion Laparoscopic IPOM repair is a safe and effective option for treating recurrent incisional hernias.关键词
