桑色素对冷刺激小鼠4种内脏器官病理组织学变化的影响
Effects of Morin Hydrate on Histopathological Changes in Four Internal Organs of Cold-Stressed Mice

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of morin hydrate on histopathological changes in the heart,lungs,kidneys,and spleen of mice subjected to cold stress.C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into six groups:a room temperature control group(Control),a morin hydrate control group(MO),a cold stimulation group(Cold),and three treatment groups administered low(Cold+LMO),medium(Cold+MMO),or high(Cold+HMO)doses of morin hydrate.Mice in the Cold and treatment groups were gavaged with morin hydrate and exposed to 4℃for 3 hours daily over three weeks.Organ weights and visceral indexes were measured,and tissues were collected for histopathological analysis.Results showed that compared with the Control group,the MO group exhibited no significant changes in organ appearance,weight,or index(P>0.05).However,Cold group mice displayed significant increases in organ weights and indexes(P<0.01 or P<0.001),with congestion in the heart and lungs,and hemorrhagic spots on the spleen and kidneys.Compared with the Cold group,the heart,lung,kidney,and spleen weights and organ indexes of mice in the Cold+LMO,Cold+MMO,and Cold+HMO groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05,P<0.01,or P<0.001),and the number of hemorrhagic spots or patches in these visceral organs decreased,with visibly alleviated congestion.Compared with the Control group,there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in histopathological damage scores of internal organs in the MO group mice.However,the Cold group exhibited significantly elevated damage scores in the heart,lungs,kidneys,and spleen(P<0.001).Compared with the Cold group,the Cold+LMO,Cold+MMO,and Cold+HMO groups showed significantly reduced histological damage scores across all four organs(P<0.05,P<0.01,or P<0.001).These results indicate that morin hydrate can effectively alleviate cold stress-induced injuries in the heart,lungs,kidneys,and spleen of mice,offering important reference value for its development as a novel anti-stress feed additive.关键词
