Abstract
This paper elucidates how China Nuclear Control System Engineering Co.,Ltd.,under the guidance of GB/T 23011-2022,Integration of informatization and industrialization—Digital transformation—Reference model for value and effectiveness,has significantly enhanced management efficiency by conducting top-level design of the cockpit,assembling a professional team,customizing human-machine interfaces,and creating an ultimate user experience to develop a multi-level project management digital cockpit.This initiative has led to a comprehensive upgrade in the company's competitiveness,innovation,control,influence,and risk resilience,steering the company's operational development towards a prosperous trajectory.关键词
