2023年上海市浦东新区家养犬钩端螺旋体病免疫水平和风险因素横断面调查
A Cross-sectional Investigation on Seroprevalence and Risk Factors of Leptospirosis in Domestic Dogs in Pudong New Area,Shanghai City in 2023

Abstract
In order to assess the immune antibody level of leptospirosis in domestic dogs in Pudong New Area,Shanghai in 2023,and to analyze risk factors affecting the immune level,163 serum samples were randomly collected from domestic dogs in the area,accompanying a questionnaire towards their owners.A risk model influencing the immune level was established based on the detection of antibodies of canine leptospirosis using an ELISA kit,and in combination with univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.The results showed that the qualified rate of the immune antibodies against the disease was only 22.70%(95%CI:16.27%-29.13%);younger dogs and excessive cleaning frequency were identified as the risk factors that might affect the immune effects(P＜0.05).Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test showed that,for the model,a chi-square value was χ²=0.04(P＞0.05),and the area under the ROC curve was 0.674,indicating a good predictive value.Foundational data was provided by the investigation for immunization,monitoring and control strategies for leptospirosis in the area.关键词
