微酸性电解水对肉鸡屠宰场微生物气溶胶浓度的影响
Effect of Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Water on Microbial Aerosol Concentration in Broiler Slaughterhouses

Abstract
Slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW)is a novel disinfectant with broad-spectrum and high efficiency without leaving any residue.In order to evaluate its disinfection effect for air in slaughterhouses,a dividing and packaging workshop of a slaughterhouse was selected as an experimental site where SAEW was sprayed at a concentration of 30 mg/L for 60 s.Microbial aerosols were collected using an Anderson-6 air sampler with appropriate culture media,and aerosol concentration was calculated based on colony counts to analyze the influence of SAEW spraying on the concentration of microbial aerosols,including aerobic bacteria,anaerobic bacteri a,Gram-negative bacteria and fungi.The results showed that after spraying,the total concentration of the four microbial aerosols decreased by 69.45%,-8.21%,82.32%and 61.54%,respectively,with significant effect(P<0.05)except anaerobic bacteria.The concentration of microbial aerosols(except anaerobic bacteria)at 1-4 levels decreased after spraying,but the effect of SAEW spraying(reduction range:3.00×103-7.22×103 CFU/m3)was more significant compared to that of ultrapure water(reduction range:2.64×103-5.95×103 CFU/m3).In conclusion,SAEW was more effective in disinfecting airborne microorganisms,and could be used to disinfect air environment of broiler slaughterhouses.A reference was provided by the study for further application of SAEW and control of slaughterhouse environment.关键词
