非洲猪瘟病毒干扰先天性免疫的分子机制
Molecular Mechanisms of Interference with Innate Immunity by African Swine Fever Virus
摘要
Abstract
African swine fever virus(ASFV)is a large and complex DNA virus capable of infecting both domestic and wild pigs, posing a significant threat to global pig industry. But there have been no commercial vaccines against the disease except those in Vietnam.ASFV genes and the immunomodulatory capacity of their expression products were strongly correlated with viral virulence and pathogenicity. It has been discovered that the innate immune response produced by infected animals could be suppressed by the virus through a variety of mechanisms. Here, aiming at the complex mechanisms of related proteins of ASFV and host defense, interferon signaling regulation, inflammatory signaling pathway modulation and the effects of apoptosis were systematically summarized, with a view to providing a reference for future development of ASFV vaccines and antiviral drugs.关键词
