摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the important field of measurement standardization and the construction of livelihood food quality and safety guarantee system.After in-depth analysis of the current situation of the food industry and the current standards,it is found that there are many problems that cannot be ignored,such as measurement and detection accuracy cannot meet the actual needs,and there is also a non-uniform phenomenon in the implementation of the standard,which brings challenges to food safety.In view of this,this paper puts forward strategies such as strengthening metrological technical specifications and optimizing the standards system.Practice has proved that these strategies can significantly improve the accuracy of food quality monitoring,further enhance the efficiency of supervision,and thus build a solid support for ensuring people's livelihood food safety.关键词
