Abstract
The ecological environment zoning management and control is a core component of the ecological conservation system in the new era,providing institutional basis and technical means for promoting the modernization of ecological environment governance capabilities.However,there are still many problems and difficulties in the implementation of the ecological environment zoning control system.The reasons for this are not only due to the perception of the opposition between development and protection formed in the traditional industrialization era,but also due to the imperfection of the theoretical system,policy system,technical system and laws and regulations.The zoning management and control of the ecological environment essentially involves the systematic institutional construction across multiple fields and departments,including the economy,society,and ecology.In the future,it should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,with a scientific understanding of the relationship between development and protection in the new stage serving as the foundation for its academic construction,institutional design,technological optimization,and practical guidance.Efforts should be made to improve the management and control system,strengthen policy coordination,enhance safeguards for management and control,and accelerate the formation of a sound,smooth,and efficient management and control system,so as to provide strong support for comprehensively promoting the modernization of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.关键词
