夹持预劈核技术在犬白内障超声乳化手术中的应用
Application of the Prechop Technique in Canine Cataract Phacoemulsification Surgery
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the effectiveness of the prechop technique in canine cataract phacoemulsification surgery,this retrospective study analyzed the surgical outcomes of 17 dogs(25 affected eyes)treated with this technique between June 2022 and December 2023.Following the prechop technique maneuver,the average phacoemulsification time per eye was(7.12±3.71)minutes.No intraoperative complications such as posterior capsule rupture or zonular fiber rupture were observed.Postoperative vision and intraocular pressure returned to normal in all cases.These results indicate that the prechop technique significantly shortens phacoemulsification time,improves surgical efficiency,and reduces intraoperative energy output,making it well-suited for canine cataract procedures.This study provides practical evidence to support the broader clinical adoption of this technique in veterinary ophthalmology.关键词
