摘要

Abstract

In order to study the application of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of heavy metal elements(Ni,Pb,and Cd)in food,this article takes peanut samples as the research object and uses co-precipitation method combined with flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS)to analyze the heavy metal elements in peanuts.It analyzes the working curves,detection limits,and spiked recovery rates of standard solutions with different concentrations.The results show that the content of Ni,Pb,and Cd respectively in peanut samples does not exceed the limit value of the national food safety standard(GB 2762-2022),verifying the applicability of this method in food safety testing.
