Abstract
In order to standardize the inspection of anionic synthetic detergents in disinfected tableware and promote the healthy and benign development of the catering industry,this article systematically analyzes the judgment and inspection standards for anionic synthetic detergents in disinfected tableware in China.Research indicates that the current national food safety standards for disinfected tableware have excessively high requirements for anionic synthetic detergents,leading to a high rate of non-compliance in the random inspection of disinfected tableware and affecting the normal operation of restaurants.Different testing institutions have different understandings of some aspects of the methylene blue spectrophotometry method,which is one of the testing methods,and the amount of sample solution used during actual testing is inconsistent.In light of the actual situation in China,it is suggested that the national standard for food safety of disinfected tableware should be revised as soon as possible,the requirements for anionic synthetic detergents should be lowered,the inspection methods should be updated,and the relevant content of methylene blue spectrophotometry should be more clearly stipulated.关键词
