O型口蹄疫病毒3D突变毒株的构建及其生物学特性分析
Construction and biological characteristic analysis of 3D mutant strain of O-type foot-and-mouth disease virus
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the 3D protein mutant strain rFMDV-M403A of the O-type foot-and-mouth dis-ease virus(FMDV)was constructed using reverse genetic technology and its biological characteristics were analyzed.The results indicate that the amino acids in the recombinant virus can stably mutate during passage.The virus titer shows that the growth rate of mutant strain is reduced compared to the wild-type strain,and the virulence of recombinant virus is significantly lower than that of wild-type strain.In animal experiments,suckling mice challenged with the mutant strain manifest reduced viral load and histopathology in the liver,as well as improved survival rates.This study is of great signif-icance for deepening the understanding of the pathogenesis of FMDV and formulating prevention and con-trol measures.It also lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of geneti-cally engineered vaccines against FMDV.关键词
