基于"玄府-脉络"探讨针刺治疗气滞血瘀型特发性突聋的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture in Treating Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Sudden Deafness Based on the Theory of"Xuanfu-Mailuo"
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis type sudden deafness, guided by the"Xuanfu-Mailuo"theory.Methods:Sixty patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type sudden deafness who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, each with 30 cases, according to a random number table. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the treatment group received acupuncture in addition to the medication used by the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days.Changes in TCM syndrome scores,pure-tone hearing thresholds, and blood rheology indicators were observed before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were also compared. Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(26/30),which was significantly higher than the control group's 63.33%(19/30)(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores,pure-tone hearing thresholds, and blood rheology indicators of both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05).The treatment group had lower TCM syndrome scores,pure-tone hearing thresholds, whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, and plasma viscosity compared to the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment period. Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy of treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis type sudden deafness, significantly reduce hearing loss, improve clinical symptoms, and enhance blood circulation, and it is safe and effective.关键词
