基于机器视觉的鞋面缺陷检测系统研究
Research on the Vamp Defect Detection System based on Machine Vision

Abstract
In view of the important influence of manual quality inspection of molding module on vamp quality and efficiency,a vamp defect detection system based on machine vision was proposed.Firstly,according to the particularity of vamp detection,the overall design scheme of vamp defect detection system is proposed.Then,the collected vamp images are preprocessed.Finally,the feature recognition and extraction of vamp image were carried out by template matching method.The experimental results show that under different detection environments,the detection method has high recognition accuracy,the recognition success rate is above 96.0%,and the detection time is less than 0.53s,which meets the industrial requirements of vamp defect detection.关键词
