少腹逐瘀汤联合浅刺针法对寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者疼痛及炎症因子的影响
Effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Superficial Acupuncture on Pain and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Endometriosis of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with superficial acupuncture on pain relief and inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:Ninety-six patients with endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the observation group received Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with superficial acupuncture in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The changes in endometrial thickness,uterine volume,pain intensity,hemodynamics,serum inflammatory factors,and TCM primary and secondary symptom scores and total syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Recurrence rates and clinical efficacy were also compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,both groups showed significant decreases in TCM primary and secondary symptom scores and total syndrome scores,uterine volume,endometrial thickness,various pain scores,PI,RI,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α levels,and a significant increase in Vs after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly lower TCM primary and secondary symptom scores and total syndrome scores,uterine volume,endometrial thickness,various pain scores,PI,RI,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α levels,and a significantly higher Vs(P<0.01).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 91.67%(44/48),significantly higher than that of the control group(75%,36/48)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 12.5%(6/48),significantly lower than that of the control group(39.58%,19/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with superficial acupuncture can effectively reduce inflammatory responses,alleviate pain symptoms,and decrease recurrence in patients with endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.关键词
