基于"八纲理论之虚实"治疗急性湿疹
Treatment of Acute Eczema Based on the"Deficiency and Excess of the Eight Principles Theory"

Abstract
Eczema is a common skin disease in clinical practice,categorized under wet sore and soaked sores in traditional Chinese medicine.It is a hypersensitivity disease caused by various internal and external factors,with a complex pathogenesis.Clinically,eczema is often classified into acute,subacute,and chronic stages based on its course and clinical manifestations.The cause of eczema is related to constitutional weakness,with dampness,heat,and wind blocking the skin,and dampness being the core pathogenic factor.Professor MA Hongming believes that acute eczema affects the spleen,heart,and lungs,with its pathogenesis characterized by deficiency in the root and excess in the branch.The pathogenesis is mainly spleen deficiency leading to dampness,which transforms into heat,accumulates in the blood,and is further aggravated by external pathogens,manifesting on the skin.Based on the"deficiency and excess of the Eight Principles theory",and following the principle of treating the branch first in acute cases,the method of cooling the blood and expelling dampness is applied to treat acute eczema,showing significant therapeutic effects.关键词
