基于细胞凋亡、焦亡角度探讨中医药防治骨关节炎的研究进展
Research Progress of Preventing and Treating Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine based on Apoptosis and Pyroptosis
摘要
Abstract
Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common type of arthritis and a leading cause of disability.Its pathogenesis is highly complex,with its occurrence and development regulated by different types of cell death mechanisms.This article analyzes the research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of OA from the perspectives of apoptosis and pyroptosis.Inhibiting chondrocyte apoptosis remains the primary research direction of TCM in OA prevention and treatment.Since inflammation triggered by pyroptosis is a key factor in OA progression,targeting pyroptosis has become a potential and important therapeutic strategy for TCM to halt OA advancement.Current research on TCM interventions for OA-related pyroptosis mainly focuses on single herb component,herbal formulas,acupuncture,and other approaches,with the underlying mechanisms centered on two classical signaling pathways:NF-κB and NLRP3.关键词
