Genetic Diversity Analysis and Molecular Identity Construction of Two-line Male Sterile Lines in Rice

Abstract
To understand the genetic difference among two-line male sterile lines of the main hybrid rice varieties in Anhui Province,the genetic diversity of 30 two-line male sterile lines was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis technology,and their molecular identity cards were constructed.The results showed that a total of 157 polymorphic fragments were detected in 30 two-line male sterile lines of rice amplified by 48 pairs of SSR primers.The average number of allele loci was 3.270 8,the average polymorphic information content(PIC)value was 0.406 9,the average number of effective allele loci was 1.901 9,and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.66.With the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.59 as the threshold,30 two-line male sterile lines were divided into four groups.Group Ⅰincluded 24 male sterile lines such as Xi 08S and Feng S;Group Ⅱ contained only Xuan 1S;Group Ⅲ included Yong 658S,Xin'an S,Guangzhan 63S and Tai 1S;and Group Ⅳ contained only Wan 231 1S.The molecular identity cards constructed from 12 selected core markers could effectively distinguish these 30 two-line male sterile lines,which will provide a technical approach for precise identification and efficient management of two-line male sterile lines.关键词
