Shao Dexin:The bridge between The Good Earth and The Chinese Peasant Economy

Abstract
Pearl S.Buck's The Good Earth can be examined and interpreted from various perspectives and dimen-sions.The text mutual reading of Buck's The Good Earth and Bu Kai's The Chinese Peasant Economy can provide an irreplaceable pivot for the further understanding of the historical,contemporary,and realistic connotations and value orientations of the text of The Good Earth.Between The Good Earth and The Chinese Peasant Economy,Shao Dexin is undoubtedly an important bridge,through which the literary"land"and the agricultural economy"land"are more closely linked.In other words,the correlation between The Good Earth and The Chinese Peasant Economy is not automatically generated.And this way of generating correlation is reflected in Shao Dexin's involvement,to some extent,in the creation of The Good Earth and related literature,as well as her continuous participation as a member of the project team in the entire process of generating The Chinese Peasant Economy.关键词
