A study on the influence mechanism of knowledge transmission stickiness on the startups' performance from the perspective of dynamic capability
摘要
Abstract
There is a significant negative impact between knowledge initiation stickiness,knowledge transmission stickiness,and startups' performance,with dynamic capability playing a partial mediating role between knowledge initiation stickiness,knowledge transmission stickiness,and startups'performance.Knowledge interaction stickiness and knowledge reception stickiness do not have a significant direct negative impact on the startups' performance.Dynamic capabilities play a fully-mediating role between knowledge interaction stickiness,knowledge reception stickiness,and startups' performance.Dynamic capabilities have a significant positive impact on the startups' performance.关键词
