摘要

Abstract

There are two evolutionary equilibrium strategies in the two-dimensional evolutionary game system composed of resource-based enterprises and their employees.Resource-based enterprises can take such measures to enhance punishment within a reasonable range,share green benefits,and deepen green transformation and development to promote active participation of employees in the enterprise's green transformation work.Measures such as enhancing the willingness of employees in resource-based enterprises to undergo green transformation and increasing the workload of green proactive behavior can stimulate resource-based enterprises to accelerate their green transformation.Both measures can enable two sides to evolve towards the optimal strategy and improve the coordination of the strategy,which will promote the formation of a long-term equilibrium and stable state between the two sides.
