The International Influence of Vocational Education:Manifestations,Problem Representations,and Enhancement Paths

Abstract
Against the international backdrop of de-globalization,the international reflect of vocational education,as an important dimension of a country's soft power,has emerged as a crucial topic in the context of educational opening-up and the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity.It holds significant strategic value in multiple respects.It plays a key role in promoting international production capacity cooperation and driving China's economic growth.Simultaneously,it serves to expand cultural exchanges between China and other countries,fostering cultural dissemination and mutual learning among civilizations.Moreover,it contributes to the export of Chinese standards and technologies,thereby presenting the country's soft power to the world.By deconstructing the abstract and intricate international influence of vocational education into three forms-international competitive influence,international discourse influence within vocational education,and international communication influence of vocational education-this paper exposes three prominent problem aspects.There is a notable shortfall in educational strength,and the international competitiveness of vocational education remains inadequate.Additionally,the engagement in global education governance lags,and the international discourse power in vocational education is lacking.Furthermore,the international communication and promotion efforts are feeble,resulting in a slow increase in the international profile of vocational education.In light of these,this paper proposes three-dimensional improvement approaches.It is essential to strengthen the capabilities of vocational education.Actively participating in the formulation of international agendas is also crucial.Finally,intensifying the international communication of vocational education is necessary.关键词
