何以生长:职业学校德育生活化的现实困境与实践逻辑
How to Grow:The Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Logic of Life-Oriented Moral Education in Vocational Schools

Abstract
Currently,moral education teaching in vocational schools faces challenges:moral education scenarios are divorced from real-life practices,moral education objects neglect students'subjectivity and individual differences,and moral education practices are separated from vocational contexts.Based on theories such as situational education,the"life world"perspective,and the Marxist view of practice,this paper proposes that life-oriented moral education must take root in students'real lives and vocational scenarios:by embedding vocational contexts and excavating campus moral issues to reconstruct scenarios,it realizes the transition from suspension to integration;by awakening subjectivity through personalized moral education files and moral education narrative projects,it promotes the shift of educational subjects from generality to specificity;by innovating actions through task-based projects and dynamic evaluation,it facilitates the transformation from theory to practice;and by integrating resources from schools,enterprises,families,and society to build a collaborative education mechanism,it achieves the move from fragmentation to cooperation.关键词
