摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of new-quality productivity,the development level of innovative literacy among vocational college teachers is concerning.Traditional research perspectives are too narrow and fail to meet the needs of vocational education reform driven by new-quality productivity.Therefore,a critical review from a systematic perspective is required,dividing teachers'innovative literacy into three dimensions:first is general innovative literacy,referring to the basic competencies needed for individual innovative activities;second is technological innovative literacy,referring to the core competency determined by the vocational education genre;third is educational and teaching innovative literacy,which is a key competency for teachers'professional development.However,the current development of innovative literacy among vocational college teachers is unsatisfactory:government policies prioritize short-term outcomes,vocational colleges lack systematic training program development,and teachers have weak innovative awareness,focusing more on inheritance than innovation in teaching.To address these dilemmas,the government should optimize policy design and establish an innovation-oriented long-term support mechanism;vocational colleges should build a systematic innovation support system and cultivate an inclusive innovation culture;and teachers should actively embrace innovative missions to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents.关键词
