职教高考背景下中职学校办学功能定位的转变与优化
The Transformation and Optimization of the School-Running Function Orientation of Secondary Vocational Schools Under the Background of Vocational Education College Entrance Examination

Abstract
With the implementation of the vocational education college entrance examination system,the school-running function orientation of secondary vocational schools should shift from the traditional"employment-oriented"to"equal emphasis on employment and further education".However,in practice,aspects such as vocational school management,curriculum design,teaching material content,teaching staff construction,and the development of internship and training bases affect the full realization of the school-running functions of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,to achieve the optimization and upgrading of school-running functions,secondary vocational schools need to innovate school-running models and improve management methods,optimize curriculum systems and strengthen curriculum teaching,update teaching material content to serve teaching objectives,optimize the structure of the teaching staffand enhance teachers'professional qualities,and improve training facilities to highlight ability cultivation.关键词
