摘要
Abstract
As a key material for manufacturing high-temperature metal forming molds,the service performance of hot work die steel directly determines the efficiency and reliability of metal hot processing process.Since hot work die steels are subjected to alternating thermal stress and mechanical wear at high temperatures,strict requirements are placed on the thermal fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the materials.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the methods to improve the service life of hot work die steel.In addition,a new nanoparticle strengthening method is introduced,which will refine the microstructure of hot work die steel and improve its performance by adding nanoparticles to the molten steel to make it evenly dispersed,so as to refine the microstructure of hot work die steel and improve its performance,which will become the focus of future re-search.关键词
