Abstract
To address the issue of dynamic coefficient deviation in strip thickness caused by unknown disturbances during the strip rolling process,this paper proposes a robust adaptive strip thickness control method.By establishing a dynamic strip thickness system that accounts for unknown disturbances,designing an estimation and compensation mechanism for dynamic coefficient deviations,and incorporating proportional feedback control,this method significantly improves strip thickness control accuracy.Simulation results demonstrate that,compared with conventional methods,the proposed approach achieves a balance between disturbance rejection and closed-loop stability,reducing the steady-state error from-55μm to-80μm to within±5 μm.This effectively enhances the stability and disturbance resistance of the rolling process,thereby improving both the control accuracy of strip thickness and the quality of rolled strips.关键词
