摘要

Abstract

With the increasing demand for thermal power generation in China,large capacity and high-power gas turbine units are widely used in thermal power plants.In the process of gas turbine power generation,the bolts used to seal the connection at the inlet of the combustion pressure cylinder play a very important role.The load forms it experiences during the working process are complex,mainly including axial load,aerodynamic load,and temperature load.And bolts that have been in high temperature and high stress environments for a long time will experience stress relaxation,resulting in a decrease in the clamping force of the bolts.When the clamping force of the bolts is less than the minimum clamping force required for sealing,it will cause structural sealing failure.Therefore,bolts need to have good resistance to creep and relaxation.Normally,the creep performance of bolts needs to be considered during the design phase in order to evaluate their service capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of temperature and stress on the creep performance of bolts from the perspective of creep,in order to ensure that bolts do not fail during service and thus ensure the safety and reliability of gas turbine operation.
