非对称轧制金属基复合板材轧后弯曲行为研究
Study on the bending behavior of the asymmetric rolled metal composite plates
摘要
Abstract
The asymmetric rolling process of the metal matrix composites involves the asymmetry and nonlinearity of the structural and mechanical characteristics,which is easy to cause the plate bending in the thickness direction,resulting in the unstable product mechanical properties,which seriously restricts the production,processing and manufacturing of the composite plate.Therefore,based on the velocity change characteristics and stress-strain transmission characteristics of asymmetric rolling process of composite plates,a reasonable rolling composite process flow and optimized process parameter setting are proposed.ANSYS analysis software was used to compare and study the composite processes of the synchronous rolling,asynchronous rolling and snake rolling.The results show that the bending degree of the composite plate prepared by snake rolling is between the synchronous rolling and asynchronous rolling.The deformation process of the substrate layer and cladding layer metal during the snake rolling is more coordinated compared with the asynchronous rolling,and the equivalent plastic strain at the composite plate center is significantly improved compared with synchronous rolling.关键词
