超宽板坯连铸机弯曲段设计研究
Design and research on the bending segment of an ultra-wide slab continuous casting machine

Abstract
As one of the core components of the continuous caster,the design and operation quality of the bending section directly determine the geometric accuracy,internal structure uniformity and production efficiency of the casting billet.Based on the structural stress analysis of the ultra-wide bending section and the simulation of frame mechanics,a mathematical model of the offset of the stress of multi-segmented rollers and the disconnection position of the mandrel was established,and the influence of the geometric dimensions of the transverse plate and the vertical plate on the mechanical properties of the frame was analyzed.The results show that the increase of the height and thickness of the transverse plate has a significantly better strengthening effect on the stiffness of the frame than that of the vertical slab.Based on the results of orthogonal experimental design,the economic geometric dimensions of the inner and outer arc frames were finally determined under the premise of satisfying the stiffness.Through the final practice,it is shown that the design of the bending section meets the actual production requirements,ensures the quality of the casting billet,and provides a theoretical basis and production experience for the subsequent design of the bending section of the ultra-wide slab continuous caster.关键词
