市域产教联合体建设的话语关注、特征描摹与价值逻辑

摘要
Abstract
As a new model of the industry-education integration in China in the new era,the construction policy of the municipal industry-education consortium aims to promote the construction of modern vocational education system,which is also the concrete embodiment of the practice of deepening the industry-education integration in response to the State.Using Nvivo12 plus to code and analyze the policy texts of 34 national consortium construction,it is found that the discourse attention of municipal industry-education consortium construction focuses on the industry-education integration in"city",giving full play to the advantages of the industrial base and industrial system of the city,emphasizing the joint construction of multi-subjects and the aggregation and sharing of resource allocation.Through the systematic analysis of the policy text,it can be described that the joint construction has the characteristics of anchoring the economic and social development goals of the city,rebuilding the organizational structure of industry-education integration,rebuilding the industry-education consortium and following the law of vocational education talent training.The value logic behind its construction is reflected in the policy logic to promote the innovation of national industry-education integration system,the economic logic to enable the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure,and the educational logic to promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.关键词
