Municipal Industry-education Consortium:Main Subject Roles,Collaborative Dilemmas and Development Pathways

Abstract
The municipal industry-education consortium is a novel collaborative model that integrates regional economic and educational resources,aiming to resolve the structural contradiction between industrial demands and educational supply through the tripartite linkage of government,enterprises and educational institutions.Research indicates that its efficient operation hinges on the precise role definition of each participant:the government plays a role in strategic planning,resource integration and environment cultivation;enterprises,as the demand side,drive technological innovation and the alignment of talent cultivation;educational institutions achieve deep coupling between the education chain and the industrial chain through dynamic professional adjustments,practical teaching and the transformation of scientific research achievements.Current practices reveal that insufficient subject collaboration and inefficient resource matching are the core bottlenecks constraining the development of the consortium.In the future,it is necessary to enhance collaborative efficiency through legislative empowerment and the establishment of a"four-common"dynamic adjustment mechanism,providing strategies for deepening regional industry-education integration and innovating the development of the regional ecosystem.关键词
