Abstract

Based on the inhibition effect of acetochlor concentration and soil moisture on maize bud growth,the interaction between them was studied,and the influence on maize safety was evaluated,so as to provide scientific guidance for production.Using quadratic orthogonal rota-tion combination design,a mathematical model was established to determine the inhibitory effect of acetochlor concentration and soil moisture on maize bud growth with the inhibition rate of maize growth as the objective function.The inhibitory effect of acetochlor concentration on maize growth was more significant than that of soil moisture.When the soil moisture was constant,the inhibitory effect of acetochlor on corn bud length was enhanced with the increase of concentration,and the drug damage was caused to different degrees.When the concentration of aceto-chlor remained unchanged,the corn could grow normally in the range of 20%-50%soil moisture,and the corn bud growth was inhibited with the increase of soil moisture in the range of 70%-90%.Through technical simulation optimization,the inhibition rate of corn bud growth should be controlled below 50%,the concentration of acetochlor and soil moisture should be less than 1.16 μg/cm2 and 39.39%,respectively.
