不同浓度植物生长调节剂对香梨生长及果实品质的影响
Effects of Different Concentrations of Plant Growth Regulators on the Growth and Fruit Quality of Fragrant Pears

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators on the growth,yield,and fruit quality of pear branches,and select the best regulator and spraying concentration,three types of delay agents,chlormequat chloride,uniconazole and ex-change calcium sulfate,were adopted to conduct spraying experiments on planted fragrant pears.Set seven treatments(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,CK),measure indicators such as new shoot length,leaf chlorophyll fluorescence,photosynthesis,chlorophyll content etc,after the fruits mature,determine the yield and fruit quality of each treatment.The results indicate that:among the effects of various treatments on the growth of new shoots,treatments T1,T4 and T6 had significant inhibitory effects on the length of new shoots,which were 9.02,9.17 and 8.96 cm re-spectively,and were 3.19,3.04,3.25 cm lower than those of the control.Among the effects of various treatments on the yield,the yield of T2 was significantly higher than that of the control,up to 2 443.52 kg/hm2,which was 935.77 kg/hm2 higher than that of the control.Among the effects of various treatments on quality,treatments T2 and T6 could significantly improve the internal and external quality of fruits.The effects of other treatments also increased,but there was no significant difference compared with the control.Among the effects of various treatments on other indicators,treatment T5 and treatment T3 could significantly increase the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence of leaves.The effects of other treatments also increased,but there was no significant difference compared with the control.This indicated that treat-ment T6 had a certain impact on the growth of new pear shoots and fruit quality,which can be used for regulating the growth and development of fragrant pears and improving their quality.Teatment T2 also had a certain impact on the yield and fruit quality of fragrant pears.Therefore,1 000 times exchange calcium sulfate is selected for controlling new shoot growth and improving quality,750 times chlormequat chloride is choosen to improve the quality and yield of fragrant pears.The research results provide data support for the production of fragrant pears in Xin-jiang.关键词
